Mysql database ലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിക്കുന്ന software ആണ് MySQL Query Browser.ഈ software workചെയ്യണമെങ്കില്‍ mysql-gui-tools-commonഎന്ന softwareകൂടി ആവശ്യമാണ്. താഴെ തന്നിട്ടുള്ള linkകളില്‍ നിന്ന് ഇവ രണ്ടും download ചെയ്യാവുന്നതേയുള്ളൂ.

mysql-gui-tools-common ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷമാണ് Query Browser ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. Gdebi package installerസംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഇവ ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്യാം. ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം Application-Programming- MySQL Query Browserഎന്ന രീതിയില്‍ ഇതിനെ നമുക്ക് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിപ്പിക്കാം.

ഈ വര്‍ഷത്തെSSLC data entry,Mysqlല് ആണല്ലോ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്.
SSLC databaseലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ MySQL Query Browser ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Spreadsheetഫോര്‍മാറ്റിലേക്ക് convert
ചെയ്യുന്നതെങ്ങനെയെന്ന് നോക്കാം. sslc database ഉപയോഗിച്ച് TC യും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഈ പോസ്റ്റ് ഉപകാരപ്രദമാകുമെന്ന് കരുതട്ടെ..
SSLC data entry നടത്തിയ സിസ്റ്റത്തില്‍ MySQL Query Browser ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യുക. അപ്പോള്‍ ചിത്രത്തില്‍ കാണുന്നത് പോലെയുള്ള ഒരു window പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടും
ഇതില്‍
host name : localhost
port : 3306
username : root
passaword : root
Default Schema: sslc
എന്നിങ്ങനെ fillചെയ്തതിന് ശേഷം connect ല് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. അപ്പോള്‍ പ്രത്യക്ഷമാവുന്ന window സിസ്റ്റത്തില്‍ നിലവിലുള്ള mysql databaseആയ sslcവലത് വശത്തുള്ള schemata യില് പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടും. ആ വിന്‍ഡോയിലെ candidate_ns ല് ഡബിള്‍ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് മുകളില്‍ കാണുന്ന excecute എന്ന button ല് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്താല്‍ കുട്ടികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ താഴെ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പടുന്നു..
ഈ data യെ മെനുബാറിലെ file-Export result as CSV എന്ന രീതിയില്‍ csv ഫോര്‍മാറ്റിലേക്ക് convert ചെയ്യുക. csv ഫോര്‍മാറ്റ് ഫയലുകളെ Open with “Gnumeric Spreadsheet” ഉപയോഗിച്ച ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യാം. (Gnumeric Spreadsheet സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയര്‍ Edusoft CDയില് ലഭ്യമാണ്.) Gnumeric ല് ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്ത file നെ Save as ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Ms Excel(97/2000/xp)ലേക്കും അവ Calc ലേക്കും convert ചെയ്യാമല്ലോ ?
Gnumeric ല് date format yyyy- mm-dd എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് ഉണ്ടാവുക. ഇത് Gnumeric ലെ Format Cells-number-custom എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് dd-mm-yyyy രീതിയിലാക്കിയിട്ട് വേണം save ചെയ്യാന്‍.
SSLC data base ലെ religion, Category പോലുള്ള കോളങ്ങളില്‍ കോഡുകള്‍ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ തരത്തില്‍ covert ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനും പരിഹാരമുണ്ട്. Query Browser ലെ schemata യില് നിന്നും religion, Categoryഎന്നിവ excecuteചെയ്താല്‍ അവയുടെ decodingലഭിക്കും.
Gnumericലെ കോഡുകളടങ്ങിയ കോളങ്ങള്‍ select ചെയ്ത് Edit -replace ഉപയോഗിച്ച് (Match whole words Only,range) കോഡുകളെ replace ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.

1 copy the exported files (in the upload folder) from linux to windows
2 open spreadsheet and import the file that includes the data (.....cns)
3 type '$' in the separation column (other) after clicking next in the text import wizard
c the data base in excel
ഇത്രയൊക്കെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ...?
ലിനക്സില്‍ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എളുപ്പത്തില് ഇതു ചെയ്യാം!
Upload ഫോള്‍ഡറിലുള്ള sslc*****cns.txtഫയലില്‍ റൈറ്റ്ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് open with openoffice calc കൊടുക്കുക.
തുറന്നുവരുന്ന Text Importജാലകത്തില്‍ separated by എന്നിടത്ത് Other സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത് $ അടിക്കുക.
OK കോടുത്താല്‍ ഡാറ്റ മുഴുവന്‍ സ്പ്രെഡ്ഷീറ്റിലായി

how to use Gdebi package installer?
i export sslc data and change password. but now both new and old passwords willnot accecpt.Expect a solution

right click on the downloaded files and open with g-debi package installer.
Then, install files.
After a short time, that files will be installed!

please check whether the changed passsword u entered was correct or not (case sensitive)
Also check whether the webbrowser is Mozilla 3 or Internet explorer.
Try again a few times, which will clear whether the server busy
At last call PB and ask them to reset the password.
candidate_ns ല് clik ചെയ്ത് exicute button click ചെയ്യുബോള്‍ error exicuting query,
1065 the query was empty എന്നാണ് വരുന്നത്..
എന്താണ് പരിഹാരം...?

sslc****cns.txt didn't open in calc it is opened only in writer what is the reason?
Maths team, please publish the above indicated 'data exporting' as an article. I couldn't move with the above steps.

edusoft ന്റെ cd യില് Gnumeric ന്റെ 4 deb package കള്‍ കാണുന്നു.ഏതാണ് വേണ്ടത്....OR..
Blog ല് ഒരു link തന്നാലgം നന്നായിരുന്നു..

Pls read 'installation manual' before installing Edusofts in any computer. manual available in the CD. NB : U have to block all repositories in the sources.list before installing any package CD.
